1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fireshots ("Service", "we", "us"), available at fireshots.pro. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Fireshots uses AI (including third-party models from Anthropic and OpenAI) to generate marketing copy and mockup images from screenshots you upload. Generated output is provided "as is" and may require review or editing before use.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Your Content

  • You retain ownership of the screenshots, reference images, and app details you upload ("Your Content").
  • You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to Your Content, including any reference images you upload, and that uploading and processing it does not infringe any third party's rights.
  • You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the Service, including sending it to third-party AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Generated Output

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the marketing copy and mockup images generated for you and may use them for your own marketing purposes. You are responsible for ensuring generated output complies with the requirements of any platform you submit it to (e.g. Apple App Store or Google Play guidelines).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload content you do not have the rights to use.
  • Generate misleading, infringing, or unlawful marketing material.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or overload the Service.
  • Violate any applicable law or third party's rights.

7. Credits, Billing & Subscriptions

Generation is billed via credits and/or subscription plans processed through our payment provider, Polar. Fees are described at the point of purchase. Except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable once credits have been used to generate content.

8. Third-Party AI Providers

The Service relies on third-party AI models (including Anthropic's Claude and OpenAI's image generation models) to produce output. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI-generated output, and such output may occasionally be inaccurate or require correction.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIRESHOTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
